§ 54.070 DEPARTMENT OF WATER UTILITY; SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Department of Water Utility, which shall be responsible to the Town Council for the operation of the town’s water utility.

   (B)   The Council shall appoint a Superintendent of said utility who shall serve as head of the Department of Water Utility.
