§ 30.03 ELIGIBILITY; RESIDENCY.
   (A)   Eligibility to run. To be eligible to run for the office of member of the Town Council, a person must be a resident of the town, be a citizen of the United States, and be of legal voting age.
   (B)   Residency. A member who moves his or her residence outside of the corporate limits of the town vacates his or her seat on the Town Council and shall be replaced according to the applicable state statute.
