§ 54.031 GROUNDWIRES.
The town is aware that telephone and electric companies may ground wires to water lines. The town does not install such connections; derives no benefit from them; and tolerates them only because of their reputed importance to safe and effective telephone and electric service. When and if they are found to appear to be the cause of damage, the town may order them removed, and may discontinue service until they are removed.
