§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter may be guilty of a crime and may be subject to prosecution by the Marshall County Prosecutor's Office for each offense. Additionally, any person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of this chapter may be subject to civil proceedings as determined by the utility.
