§ 52.51 CHARGES.
   Charges for electric poles and utility equipment damaged or in need of replacement through no fault of the utility:
   (A)   Actual cost of material needed.
   (B)   Labor charges.
      (1)   The regular hourly rate of each employee present for the repair or replacement of the damaged pole/equipment plus the hourly value of the benefits provided to the employee by the town in the course of employment;
      (2)   After working hours and on weekends, rate shall be one and one half times the regular hourly rate of the employee.
   (C)   Equipment charges.
      (1)   Such equipment includes, but is not limited to the following; bucket truck, digger derrick, trencher, excavator, borer, rentals, and the like.
      (2)   Equipment charges at utility standard rate and/or actual cost of rental.
