§ 52.48 LOCATION OF UTILITY TRANSFORMERS, METERS, AND EQUIPMENT.
   When the form of service requires, the customer shall provide free of expense to the utility, and at a location satisfactory to the utility, a suitable place for necessary transformers, meters, or other equipment which may be furnished by the utility.
