§ 52.29 SERVICE.
   (A)   No person other than a utility employee or authorized representative may connect or disconnect electric service at any premises. Penalty for violation of this section is set forth in Ch. 36, App. A. Also, any offender of this provision shall be subject to payment for the electricity consumed at the applicable rate schedule charges plus $25 per day during the period the electricity was connected without authority of the town.
   (B)   Any developer, general contractor, or person(s) responsible for disturbing or damaging electric services, once the services have been properly installed, shall be liable for the cost of repairs.
