The purpose of this section is to further the goals and objectives of the Village of Argenta in promoting the use of wind as an alternative energy source. This section regulates the siting, installation, and operation of wind energy systems to allow the effective and efficient use of wind resources while protecting the health, safety, and welfare of nearby residents and the general public.
