Ordinance 10-04-19-07, passed April 19, 2010, providing specific areas throughout the Village of Argenta, Illinois for the installation, construction, attachment and alteration of facilities to accommodate wireless communication facilities; providing the criteria for evaluating such proposed activities; providing a procedure for the suitability certification; and accomplishing related purposes, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein. Copies of the ordinance are available for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk.
