§ 152.156 DETENTION STORAGE REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   The design maximum storage to be provided in a detention basin shall be based on the run-off from a 100-year storm.
   (B)   Detention storage shall be computed using the modified rational method as outlined in Chapter 12 of the State Division of Highway Standards Drainage Manual.
