§ 152.122 SETBACK LINES AND ZONING.
   (A)   Building setback lines in residential areas of new subdivisions shall conform to the front yard provisions of the Zoning Code, except that in no case shall the building setback line be less than 25 feet from the front property line.
   (B)   The Plan Commission may require greater setbacks where the Plan Commission deems it necessary.
