§ 152.080 SPECIFIC STREET DESIGN STANDARDS.
   (A)   The design of streets shall relate to their function classification, surrounding development density and topography. Major streets shall be designed in accordance with anticipated traffic flow and desired speed of movement, all major widths and standards of construction shall be separately approved by the Village Board after recommendation of the Village Plan Commission and Engineer.
   (B)   The design of the residential streets and collector streets should conform to the standards of Tables VI-I, VII-I (both tables found in § 152.082(A)(7)) and the general standards contained in this section related to the streets.
