§ 152.055 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.

All plats, plans, maps, surveys, certificates, owners' declarations, engineering specifications and restrictive covenants to be filed for action of the village shall be prepared in accordance with the regulations contained in this subchapter.
