§ 152.024 RECORDER OF DEEDS.
   (A)   Recorder of Deeds is the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County.
   (B)   The Recorder of Deeds shall be responsible for accepting or rejecting all plats offered for recording in accordance to the provisions of the code.
