(A) Every mobile home park hereafter established in the village shall, at a minimum, conform to the requirements of:
(1) "An Act to Provide for, License, and Regulate Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks";
(2) "Rules and Regulations for Mobile Home Parks", State Department of Public Health, Consumer Protection Division, as now or hereafter amended;
(3) This code;
(4) Zoning Code, if any.
(B) In case of conflict between any provisions of the above, the more stringent requirement shall prevail.
