§ 151.10 MANUFACTURED HOMES, MOBILE HOMES AND IMMOBILIZED HOMES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to locate a manufactured home, mobile home or immobilized home outside a mobile home park. Nothing herein shall prohibit the continued use of a mobile home, manufactured home or immobilized mobile home that was located outside a mobile home park on the effective date of this code. However, the home shall not be replaced.
