§ 151.04 STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH ADOPTED; REGULATIONS.
   The Manufactured Home Community Code as approved by the State Department of Public Health (1998) is hereby adopted by the village. The applicable provisions as they pertain to manufactured home community shall be controlling within the corporate limits.
