§ 151.03 MANUFACTURED HOUSING AND MOBILE HOME SAFETY ACT ADOPTED.

The Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Safety Act, as passed and approved by the State General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village, the applicable provisions as they pertain to mobile homes and immobilized mobile homes shall be controlling within the village.
