(A) A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk of the village, being marked and designated as the International Plumbing Code, 2009 edition, including Appendix Chapters, if any, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the village, regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Plumbing Code on file in the office of the village are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in division (B) below.
(B) The following sections are hereby revised.
(1) Section 101.1 Insert: Village of Argenta.
(2) Section 106.6.2 Insert: See fees in Building Code.
(3) Section 108.4 Insert: $500.00 per day for each offense.
(4) Section 108.5 Insert: $500.00 per day for each offense.
