(A) A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the village for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, including buildings and structures; by providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use; and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use, and the demolition of the existing structures as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Property Maintenance Code on file in the office of the village are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in division (B) below.
(B) The following sections are hereby revised.
(1) Section 101.1 Insert: Village of Argenta.
(2) Section 103.5 Insert: The Village of Argenta fee schedule in effect January 1, 2009 (See fee schedule in building permit packet).
(3) Section 104.3 Insert: All fines and penalties are subject to the approval of the Village Board.
(4) Section 107.6 Insert: All fines and penalties will be paid to the Village of Argenta.
(5) Section 111.6.2 Insert: The code official shall take immediate action in accordance with the Board of the Village of Argenta.
(6) Section 302.4 Insert: Ten (10) inches.
(7) Section 304.14 Insert: April 15 through October 15.
(8) Section 602.3 Insert: October 1 through April 30.
(9) Section 602.4 Insert: October 1 through April 30.
