For the purpose of this chapter, the words and phrases of the ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, §§ 2-1 through 2-11; 2-13 through 2-16; 2-19 and 2-20, as approved, adopted and amended are hereby adopted by the village, as fully as if set out herein.
