   You are hereby notified that __________________________ has determined that property owned by you (and/or occupied by you, as the case may be) at ___________________, located within the Village Limits, contains unlawful weed growth as defined by §§ 92.15 and 92.16 of the code of ordinances.

   You are required to remove all growth within five (5) days from the date of this Notice.

   If you refuse or neglect to remove such growth, the authorities of this Municipality may provide for the removal thereof. The cost of such growth removal shall be paid by you.
