§ 92.55 BUILDING CONDITION; NUISANCE.
   The Building Inspector or his or her designated representative shall report to the Village Board when any building or structure in the village is in a dangerous condition and constitutes a nuisance. Hereinafter, all references to Building Inspector shall include "his or her designated representative".
