Any person(s) who shall bring any dog into the village for the purpose of causing the same to be impounded or any person who shall resist, hinder or molest the Animal Control Warden or police officer while engaged upon the duties imposed upon them by this chapter or any person who shall break into the dog pound and release or deliver any dog therefrom without having first paid the fees herein specified, upon conviction of any part of this chapter shall be fined according to § 10.99.
