§ 70.07 COUNTY HIGHWAY NO. 25.

The village agrees to take over the care and control of County Highway No. 25 within the village limits of the village subject to the following condition. The County of Macon, Illinois, make certain repairs upon the highway to bring it up to an acceptable standard prior to turning the highway over to the village.
