(A) There shall be established the following rates and charges for the use of the water system of the village, based upon the amount of water consumed as follows:
(1) First 1,000 gallons per month:$15 minimum charge effective July 1, 2022 then on January 1, 2023 the first 1,000 gallons per month shall be $16 as minimum charge.
(2) For every additional 1,000 gallons per month the charge shall be $15.50 effective July 1, 2022, beginning January 1, 2023 every additional 1,000 gallons of water shall be $17.
(B) Said rates shall apply both inside and outside corporate limits and to any bulk water consumption. Said rates shall take effect March 22, 2019 and the minimum charge shall automatically increase by 2.5% per annum thereafter.
