(A) The rates for hauling garbage must be fair and reasonable.
(B) Each licensee at the time of his or her application for a license must turn over to the Village Clerk his or her schedule of rates for services rendered.
(C) Any change in the schedule must, at the time of taking effect, be reported to the Clerk in writing.
(D) No charge shall be made in excess of the rate schedule on file with the village.
(E) This schedule shall include private contracts.
