(A) The licensee must designate in his or her application the location of the place where he or she intends to dispose of garbage collected by him or her.
(B) Any change in the location shall be at once reported to the Village Clerk.
(C) No garbage shall be dumped at places which are in violation of the Zoning Code of either the village or the county, or in violation of any regulations of the township in reference to dumps.
