(A) The holiday bank and 14-day work period will begin with the first pay period of the year 2001.
(B) The Finance Committee made a study of the holiday bank and 14-day work period to determine how effective it had been in creating scheduling flexibility for the Department. It also analyzed the financial impact its implementation has had on the Department salary account. After a one-year trial period, the Finance Committee has determined to continue with the holiday bank and 14-day work period.
