§ 32.12 SERVICE CLUBS; PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP DUES.
   (A)   The following supervisory employees will be eligible for reimbursement of service club dues:
      (1)   Department heads;
      (2)   Assistant department heads;
      (3)   Administrator and Assistant Administrator;
      (4)   Clerk;
      (5)   Chief of Police and Assistant Chief of Police;
      (6)   Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief; and
      (7)   Income Tax Clerk.
   (B)   All supervisory employees who may be employed as contractual employees will not be eligible.
   (C)   The following service clubs will be eligible for dues payment:
      (1)   Rotary;
      (2)   Business and Professional Women (BPW); and
      (3)   Lions Club.
   (D)   Dues eligible for payment will be professional dues only. Meals, fines and other donations to the appropriate service club will not be eligible for reimbursement.
