(A) Compensation amounts for the various village employees and officials shall be established by ordinance of the Village Council from time to time. These ordinances are on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
(B) The Village Council hereby adopts a plan under the Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program to allow all eligible employees the opportunity to join.
