(A) All services performed by auxiliary police officers shall be within the village limits and compensation shall be as provided by the salary and wage schedule. Compensation shall be paid only for work authorized by the Mayor and/or Chief of Police.
(B) Each member of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall be reimbursed for police schooling which is first authorized by Council, provided, the member satisfactorily completes the schooling.
(C) Reimbursement shall be as follows:
(1) One-third of the total cost will be paid by the village upon completion of school;
(2) One-third will be paid after completing two years of service to the village; and
(3) The final one-third after three years of service.
