§ 31.15 AUTHORITY FOR ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS.
   Regulations and guidelines relevant to the operation of the Police Department shall be instituted based on the Ohio Revised Code, the Village Charter, the Village Handbook and Police Policy and Procedure.
