§ 112.13 PARENTAL CONTROL OPTIONS.
   Consistent with applicable law, the franchisee shall provide, free of charge or for a charge approved by the franchise authority or the FCC, parental control devices to all subscribers who wish to be capable of deleting objectionable programming from the cable service entering the subscriber’s residence.
