All video service providers who are presently or who commence to provide video services to any person in the Village of Archbold, Ohio are hereby assessed a 5% video service provider fee, pursuant to R.C. § 1332.32, based upon the video service provider's gross revenues, which shall include advertising revenues as provided by R.C. § 1332.32(B)(2)(g), unless such video service provider remits a franchise or other fee to the Village pursuant to agreement or other applicable law or ordinance.
