§ 96.11 INTERFERENCE WITH VILLAGE TREE BOARD.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the village’s Tree Board, or any of its agents, while engaging in and about the planting, cultivation, mulching, pruning, spraying or removing of any street trees as authorized in this chapter.
   (B)   It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the prevention, delay or interference alleged consisted of constitutionally protected speech only.
