§ 96.03 STREET TREE SPECIES TO BE PLANTED.
   The list attached to Ord. 85-7 constitutes the official street tree species for the village. No species other than those included in the list may be planted as street trees without written permission of the village’s Tree Board. This list shall be reviewed and updated annually by the Tree Board.
