§ 95.48 DAMAGE BY SNOW REMOVAL CREWS.

(A) All ruts, plow drags or other damage caused by village-owned snowplows shall be repaired by the Street Department at the end of the snow removal season.

(B) All damaged plants, bushes, flowers or other foliage installed in the village right-of-way by the adjacent resident will not be replaced at village expense.
