(A) The village assumes no responsibility for replacement costs of mailboxes hit by the plow of a village-owned snowplow during snow removal.
(B) Residents should place mailboxes to the specifications as provided by the United States Postal Service of the village. Due to the fact that snow removal may not always be able to be accommodated back to the face of the curb because of encroaching mailboxes, some postal delivery problems may well result.
