§ 95.30 SIDEWALK POLICY ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   A village sidewalk policy is hereby established.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the Village Engineer, Village Administrator and Street Superintendent to present to Council, on an annual basis, and prior to final approval of the budget for the following year, a recommendation on the scope and location of sidewalk repairs and replacement for the next fiscal year.
   (C)   Council shall make the final decision on location and total expenditures for sidewalk repair and replacement.
