(A) A fee of$120 shall be charged for a permit to cut into any street within the village.
(B) A fee of$15 shall be charged for a permit to cut into any terrace within the village.
(C) The rates to be charged for mowing vacant lots shall be time plus materials based on the village’s current equipment rental and labor plus benefits rates. The rental rates shall include all equipment used to transport mowing equipment and the mowing equipment.
