§ 95.01 DWELLING ADDRESS NUMBERS.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, DWELLING shall be defined as any building or portion thereof which is designated for or used for residential purposes.
   (B)   All dwellings shall contain either attached to the building or on the premises numbers or letters designating the address of that dwelling.
   (C)   The minimum height of these numbers or letters shall be two and one-half inches.
   (D)   The numbers or letters shall be kept free of obstruction so that they are readable from the street on which the dwelling fronts.
   (E)   The Chief of Police shall notify, in writing, by regular U.S. mail or by personal service the record owner of any dwelling which does not contain a street address or which street address is not readable from the street or is not the minimum height, that the proper numbers or letters must be affixed or the obstruction removed within 30 days of the notice.
