§ 93.02 PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR.
   (A)   The village shall hire the Parks and Recreation Director and create this position to fulfill the role as deemed necessary by the Park Board and the Village Charter.
   (B)   This is necessary in order to ensure the consistent development, maintenance and operation of parks, playgrounds, recreational facilities and programs.
