(A) No person shall park a vehicle on private property without the express or implied permission or invitation of the owner or person in control of the property.
(B) Permission or invitation to park on private property may be implied only when the area where the vehicle is parked is adjacent to a business establishment and is normally used for parking by patrons of that business and only when the parking does not violate any parking restrictions clearly noted on a sign or signs in the area where the vehicle is parked.
