§ 75.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100, without prejudice to and in addition to the impoundment provided in § 75.04.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 75.04, 75.32, 75.35, 75.36 or 75.45 for which no other penalty has been provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
