(A) At all times mentioned in R.C. § 4513.03 or § 74.03, at least two lighted lights shall be displayed, one near each side of the front of every motor vehicle, except when the vehicle is parked subject to the regulations governing lights on parked vehicles.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
