§ 72.112 ENGINE BRAKING PROHIBITED

(A) No person shall apply an engine brake when operating a motor vehicle upon a street or highway within the municipality in such a manner as to cause excessive or unusual noise.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
