§ 72.109 DUTY TO REPLACE BARRIER OR LIGHTS OR NOTIFY POLICE.

It shall be unlawful for any person who is aware that he or she has removed or damaged any barrier, light or other warning device or who has extinguished any light, to fail to stop and immediately replace the barrier or other warning device or relight the light, if extinguished or in lieu thereof to immediately notify the Police Department that the barrier, light or other warning device has been damaged, removed or extinguished.
