There shall be a Tree Board which will consist of five (5) members, citizens and residents of the Municipality with one member who is a Council member and Chairperson of the Building and Grounds Committee. The Mayor, Administrator, and Street Superintendent will serve as ex-officio members of this Board. Appointments will be made by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The term shall be for an indefinite period of time. Rules providing for the number and manner of calling meetings, may be adopted by the Tree Board.
