§ 154.01 VACANT PROPERTY AND BUILDINGS; PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a program for identifying and registering vacant residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to ensure active and accurate tracking and record-keeping, and to mitigate neighborhood blight through proper correspondence and cooperation with property owners.
